Milk gone bad
If it's just a little off, put a pinch of baking soda in it and stir. No need to throw it out. If you have milk that you can't use up, put it in the freezer until you need it.

I put a pinch of salt in my 2 quarts of milk after bringing it home from the grocery store. 1 quart isn't enough, and 2 quarts is just a bit too much for me per week. The salt keeps the milk tasting fresh for about a week AFTER the expiration date. I've not been able to taste the salt, either.

Good idea to keep it a little longer. Thanks!
